Peter H. Kim is a Professor of Management and Organization at the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business. He studies the dynamics of social misperception, with a particular focus on the violation and repair of trust. This work has been published in the world’s leading scientific journals across management and psychology. It has also received ten national / international awards from organizations including the American Psychological Association, the Academy of Management, and the International Association for Conflict Management.
