Reducing Stress Isn't the Work-Life Integration Solution Caregivers Really Need. Organizing It Is
Working caregivers everywhere describe their experience with one word: conflicted. If they’re great at work, they’re not the caregiver they want to be. If they’re focused on their duties outside of work, work begins to suffer. And somewhere in all of this, they’re supposed to carve out quality time for their partners, their friends, their relatives, and themselves—not to mention passion projects and other responsibilities. It’s a situation that leaves them feeling at odds with themselves...and stressed. Their go-to way to deal with that overwhelm? Resign themselves to a life of resentment, use coping strategies that cause even more collateral damage, subscribe to over functioning and hustle culture, or try to eliminate stress altogether. The problem is, none of those strategies actually work long-term. There’s a better way. Dr. Whitney Casares knows, because she’s been there too. But true change is possible when you build a sustainable strategy for organizing your mental clutter and your work-life integration stress. She shares her Centered Life Framework with audiences so they can build a stress-management scaffold that moves them from surviving to THRIVING and from conflicted to centered, making them more effective, fulfilled, and aligned in their work and at home.

Capturing the Modern Motherhood Dream: Empowering Successful Women to Win at Parenting Without Losing Themselves
Modern women face full-time pressures in the workplace, at home, and in their social circles as they start out on their motherhood journeys, often within organizational and societal constructs that don’t fully support or understand their needs.
Tempted to do and be it all, the vast majority of new mothers struggle to reach their work-life balance and self-care goals, often facing disappointment and guilt once they enter motherhood.
Career-minded women need a new paradigm for motherhood success — one that acknowledges that winning at work matters, but that working moms want to win at parenting, too (without losing themselves).
They want an approach that recognizes their commitment to finding balance and, above all, their desire to promote the social-emotional health of their kids and themselves.
